Shipping policy
Nickishop ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase required.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday season, processing may take slightly longer; we'll email you if your order is delayed.
Delivery
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or high seasonal volume.
Order tracking
When your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account or our Track Order page.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@nickishop.shop and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
Holiday gifting
For gifts, allow up to 11 business days in total (processing plus delivery). For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 9.
